ADL is seeking an Assistant Regional Director to implement regional programs, engage with partners, and support office operations in Washington, DC. The role requires coordinating leadership initiatives, liaising with state and local officials, and representing ADL at community events.

The ideal candidate has several years in outreach and program management, strong communication, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some travel within the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of community outreach experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in program and operational management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when representing ADL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support implementation of partnerships, law enforcement and community relationships with Division staff.
• Coordinate leadership programs including Glass Leadership Institute and logistics.
• Build community relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish partners and lawmakers.
• Attend meetings with coalition partners in the region and respond to inquiries.
