Job summary

ADL seeks a Senior Associate Regional Director (Outreach and Partnerships) to lead Midwest engagement with Jewish and diverse communities, and to design programs combating antisemitism. You will build partnerships, guide outreach strategies, and support ADL’s mission across the region.

The role reports to the Deputy Regional Director, supervises interns, and requires a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office. A strong focus on collaborative action and advocacy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse communities and leaders.
• Strong strategic planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and facilitation.
• Proven project-management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional community engagement with Jewish and broader communities.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies and partnerships across the Midwest.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance programs and advocacy.
• Represent ADL at events and interfaith and civic forums.
• Support campus and community initiatives addressing antisemitism and hate.
