Job summary

Indiana University is seeking a Senior Program Administrator to lead ORD's multi-site grant administration. You will oversee a multi-year, multi-partner award, manage budgets and reimbursements, and coordinate sponsor reporting for compliance and success.

You will supervise staff and partners, develop match documentation, monitor sub-awards, and ensure timely progress updates to the principal investigator and board. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years in related field.
• Experience with reimbursements and grant administration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day administrative lead for a multi-million-dollar grant over 30 months.
• Coordinate with 8 partner organizations; convene and track decisions.
• Manage reimbursement cycle; prepare sponsor requests.
• Develop and maintain match documentation; monitor sub-recipients.
• Oversee capital build-out and equipment procurement across sites.
• Supervise staff; provide direction and development.
• Prepare quarterly and sponsor reports.
• Ensure PIC compliance and data collection.
