Job summary

Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an Assistant Regional Director to lead regional programs and respond to incidents in the Desert Region. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and some travel to support community engagement.

The role works closely with the Regional Director, manages administrative tasks, partners with community and law enforcement, and supports communications, programs, and events to advance ADL priorities across Nevada and Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Several years of progressively responsible community outreach experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADL’s programs, policies and operations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist in implementing programs and priorities with the Regional Director.
• Serve as primary contact for incident intake and response.
• Support marketing and communications, coordinating with division staff to ensure activities and impact are communicated to key audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with Jewish and non Jewish partners, officials and community leaders.
• Represent ADL at community meetings, presentations and trainings and events.
• Maintain knowledge of ADL programs and respond to inquiries from community members and partners.
• Support leadership development programs and oversee board committees as assigned.
• Plan and execute conferences, trainings, board meetings, retreats and special events.
• Coordinate with division and national staff to advance priorities.
• Provide programmatic and operational support to other ADL regions as needed.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and budgets.
• Travel within the region; some evenings and weekends may be required.
