Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support SAF/IS programs with overseas deployments to the Middle East, Africa, or Eastern Europe. You will deploy as part of mobile teams, manage program delivery and volunteer activities, and ensure compliance with security and medical requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least five years in program management, with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work with

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years in program management or related field.
• Public speaking and strong written/verbal communication required.
• Experience with Red Cross programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of SAF/IS services and related programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers.
• Coordinate emergency communications and casework.
• Oversee reporting, metrics, and program improvements.
• Liaise with military leadership and installation partners.
