Job summary

Easterseals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate programs and billing under the direction of the Regional Director in North Dakota.

You will oversee service plans, documentation, and staff supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering person-centered support. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a human services field, experience with developmental disabilities, and certifications (QDDP, CPR/First Aid).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related.
• One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.
• Become a certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional) by MSU Developmental Disabilities.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid or Therapeutic Responses through Positive Behavior Support.
• Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive ESGWND vehicles and travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and billing processes as directed by the Regional Director.
• Oversee all aspects of the program and billing process.
• Assist people supported with health needs and medications coordination.
• Help people manage finances, transportation, housing, and community participation.
• Train, schedule, and supervise DSPs/ESPs and ensure HR guidelines are followed.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field or related. Preference will be given to those with a psychology, social work, education or gerontology degree.

One year of experience in working directly with people with developmental disabilities.

Certified QDDP (Qualified Developmental Disability Professional) by MSU Developmental Disabilities

Certified in CPR and First Aid or Therapeutic Responses through Positive Behavior Support
