Job summary

NASW Indiana Chapter seeks a Program & Outreach Coordinator to partner with the Executive Director in planning and managing in-person and virtual events, plus developing compelling content for publications, websites, and social media to grow Chapter membership and continuing education outreach.

The role focuses on Indiana programming with 20–30% regional outreach support for the Tennessee Chapter and collaboration on joint chapter activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; BSW/MSW preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications across diverse audiences.
Experience with virtual and in-person conferences and events.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and web conferencing software.
Familiarity with Eventbrite and Zoom for hosting events.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage in-person and virtual events.
Develop program content for publications, websites, and social media to enhance outreach.
Promote programs through website, publications, and social channels.
Support chapter newsletter and communications.
Supervise student interns and volunteers involved in events.
Travel may be required for in-person events.
