Job summary

NASW (National Association of Social Workers) seeks a Continuing Education & Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement CE programs for Florida and Georgia chapters. The role collaborates with the Executive Director and internal teams to ensure high-quality events and member engagement.

The position oversees registrations, speaker coordination, and documentation, supporting revenue-generating CE activities while ensuring compliance with Florida and Georgia CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of NASW Code of Ethics and social work policy.
• Familiarity with licensing procedures and state CE laws (FL/GA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuing education programs and chapter events for Florida and Georgia.
• Handle registrations, confirmations, and participant communications.
• Support speaker coordination, materials, and program setup.
• Maintain CE files and issue certificates as required by law.
• Assist with conferences, special events, and accessibility requests.
