NAMI Tennessee seeks a Manager, Program and Outreach to lead statewide outreach and program initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery across 18 affiliates and partners. You will guide volunteers, manage data, and support education and advocacy efforts to broaden awareness and access to mental health resources.

The role requires collaboration with senior leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and a focus on program quality, growth, and sustainability across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with community outreach and engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Responsabilités

• Provide consultation and technical assistance to affiliates on volunteer development and program implementation.
• Lead the Volunteer Orientation pilot initiative and guide volunteers from inquiry to placement.
• Maintain internal databases and program records with timely documentation.
• Prepare and maintain program reports, dashboards, and documentation for outcomes and grant reporting.
• Represent NAMI Tennessee at community meetings and outreach events; promote programs and opportunities.
