The Maryland Food Bank (MFB) is a nonprofit hunger-relief organization dedicated to feeding people, strengthening communities, and ending hunger for more Marylanders. MFB partners with local organizations across the state, from the western mountains to the Eastern Shore, to provide food assistance to Maryland communities. Through its statewide network, MFB brings together resources to provide nearly 114,000 meals every day-more than 41 million meals annually, to children, seniors, veterans, and hard-working families. In addition to addressing the immediate needs of hungry Marylanders, MFB works to create pathways out of hunger.

The Regional Program Coordinator (RPC)'s work is foundational to supporting the designated Regional Program Director (RPD) in advancing the Maryland Food Bank's (MFB) food access strategy through the region's food distribution partners. The Coordinator is essential to building partner trust in MFB and ensuring that processes and information are completed accurately and remain up to date. They play a critical role in supporting partner compliance through site inspections and contributing to partner capacity building. The Coordinator is responsive and flexible, adapting to shifting priorities and embracing change with agility.
The Coordinator understands the importance of centering the lived experiences of neighbors, with their contributions playing a vital role in ensuring regional solutions are culturally responsive and inclusive. The Coordinator promotes and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative team culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued. Hiring Range:$26-$28 per hour
