The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank is seeking a Community Programming Coordinator to support Mobile Food Pantry, Neighborhood Produce Market, and Emergency Food Box programs. You will plan, implement, and evaluate community distribution efforts, collaborating with partners, volunteers, and BRAFB teams.

The Community Programming Coordinator is a new role on our Programs team and will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of BR AFB community programming: Mobile Food Pantry (MFP), Neighborhood Produce Market (NPM), and Emergency Food Box (EFB).
This role will serve as program lead, and liaison between partners, volunteers, guests and the Food Bank for Mobile Food Pantries, Neighborhood Produce Markets, and Emergency Food Boxes. The CPC will build and maintain relationships with partner site coordinators, facilitate scheduling, logistics and implementation in collaboration with other BRAFB teams, maintain administrative oversight of community distribution programs, including program compliance with annual site monitoring, as well as conduct annual guest and partner feedback surveying in collaboration with other BRAFB teams.
The hiring range for this position is $22.00 to $24.28 per hour, depending on experience.
The Community Programming Coordinator role is a full-time position offering an effective and healthy work culture, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits. This position is based, preferably, in Charlottesville, VA, and reports to the Senior Manager of Programs, and requires some evening work.
