Job summary

Maryland Food Bank in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Regional Program Coordinator to support the Regional Program Director in advancing food access across partner sites. The role emphasizes building trust with partners, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-through on action items.

You will coordinate meetings, assist with onboarding, site inspections, and data integrity, while adapting to shifting priorities in a collaborative, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years in a support/customer service role or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across levels.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, equity, and inclusion understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and detail-oriented work.
• Proficiency with basic computer apps and remote meeting tools.
• Experience coordinating events, workshops, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the Regional Program Director and coordinate meetings and events.
• Collaborate with the RPD to plan projects and ensure timely follow-through.
• Build relationships with community partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Follow MFB processes and guidelines across regional activities.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and maintain required documentation.
• Assist with partner site inspections and action-item follow-up.
• Maintain accurate partner records and system data.
• Support special projects and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide coverage for other regions during transitions or high workload.
