Evonik is hiring a Regional Product Manager for Active Ingredients in the Americas. The role drives profitable growth through portfolio management, product marketing, pricing strategy, and lifecycle activities across the region.

Responsibilities include translating global strategies to regional execution, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, and leading product launches and pricing initiatives. fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product/Portfolio Management or related roles
• Experience in specialty chemicals or cosmetic/pharmaceutical ingredients is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions, and portfolio messaging for the Americas
• Drive regional pricing strategy and value-based pricing to maximize profitability
• Lead lifecycle management and portfolio strategies aligned with global priorities
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Operations to optimize portfolio execution
