What You’ll Do:

Lead underwriting excellence and ensure adherence to risk appetite and guidelines.

Develop pricing strategies, rate plans, and manage catastrophe exposure.

Drive portfolio management, profitability, and growth initiatives.

Monitor emerging risks, introduce new coverages, and recommend new markets.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and support audits.

Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, IT, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in Personal Insurance product management.

Bachelor’s in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Finance (advanced degree preferred).
