Job summary

The Bramco Group is seeking a PM Coordinator to lead the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division across a defined region. You will coordinate field work, manage work orders, and ensure accurate CRM and reporting.

Based at our Memphis facility, this full-time role requires travel up to 25% and a practical background in repair/maintenance operations. You will collaborate with technicians, planners, and customers to keep maintenance programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair/maintenance field or shop management preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years in utility/contracting/mining equipment industry; 2+ years college preferred.
• Positive, team player, problem solver, self-starter with strong integrity and communication.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes, DOS).
• Willingness to travel overnight for training or business.

Job Summary

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator is the primary person for the coordination and execution of the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division within a designated geographic region of the BRAMCO organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform daily and operational activities in the PM division to include the following, but not limited to:

• Schedule/coordinate PM division jobs.
• Open/close PM division related work orders.
• Review/approve PM techs service reports.
• Review/update CRM data.
• Input Oil Sample data.
• Various technical research.

Qualifications

• Prior industry repair/maintenance field/shop management experience preferred.
• Ideally 5+ yrs. utility/const./mining equipment industry experience. 2+ years of college preferred..
• Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.
• Mid- Level Computer experience (MS Office, Lotus Notes, DOS, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company related business.
• Must pass background check, employment physical and drug screen.
