Job summary

Bramco Group is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator for their Nashville Branch in La Vergne, TN. In this role, you will coordinate and execute daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division, overseeing job schedules, work orders, and service reports.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the utility, construction, or mining equipment industry. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are required, along with a problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior industry repair/maintenance field/shop management experience preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years utility/const./mining equipment industry experience.
• Must pass background check, employment physical, and drug screen.

Job Summary

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator is the primary person for the coordination and execution of the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division within a designated geographic region of the BRAMCO organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule/coordinate PM division jobs.
• Open/close PM division related work orders.
• Review/approve PM techs service reports.
• Review/update CRM data.
• Input Oil Sample data.
• Various technical research.

Qualifications

• Prior industry repair/maintenance field/shop management experience preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years utility/const./mining equipment industry experience.
• 2+ years of college preferred.
• Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.
• Mid-Level Computer experience (MS Office, Lotus Notes, DOS, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company related business.Must pass background check, employment physical and drug screen.
