Power-Equipment-Company is seeking a PM Coordinator in Memphis, TN, to orchestrate the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division within a defined region. The role focuses on scheduling, work-order management, and data accuracy in CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in repair/maintenance within utilities or construction equipment, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ability to travel up to 25% and pass background checks is required.

Formación

• Prior industry repair/maintenance field/shop management experience preferred.
• 5+ years in utility/contracting/mining equipment industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company-related business.

Job Summary

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator is the primary person for the coordination and execution of the daily activities of the Preventive Maintenance division within a designated geographic region of the BRAMCO organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule/coordinate PM division jobs.
• Open/close PM division related work orders.
• Review/approve PM techs service reports.
• Review/update CRM data.
• Input Oil Sample data.
• Various technical research.

Qualifications

Prior industry repair/maintenance field/shop management experience preferred.

Ideally 5+ yrs. utility/const./mining equipment industry experience. 2+ years of college preferred..

Positive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.

Mid- Level Computer experience (MS Office, Lotus Notes, DOS, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.

Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company related business.

Must pass background check, employment physical and drug screen.
