Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Precision Medicine Account Manager for the Great Lakes region (PA, MD, DC, OH, MI, WI). This field-based role leads regional execution of the precision medicine strategy, partnering with oncology practices, health systems, and laboratories to advance biomarker-driven care.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S.)
• Minimum 8 years of business experience, 2 years Precision Medicine experience required
• Oncology experience required
• Ability for up to 50% travel including overnights
• A valid driver's license within the 50 United States

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy with current and future oncology portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with oncology, pathology, laboratory, practice, population health, and health system stakeholders.
• Assess patient testing journeys and biomarker pathways to strengthen biomarker-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate account readiness for upcoming launches and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Deliver precision medicine education, resources, biomarker testing strategies, and diagnostic solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to address operational barriers and coordinate customer engagement.
• Cultivate key opinion leader relationships to advance J&J IM leadership in precision medicine.
• Maintain accurate business records and comply with policies, laws and industry regulations.
