You will lead biomarker-driven care initiatives, strengthen testing pathways, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross‑functional partners to prepare for launches.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S. required).
• Minimum 8 years business experience; 2 years Precision Medicine experience; oncology experience; travel up to 50%; valid driver’s license in the 50 states.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy with aligned account plans.
• Build trusted relationships with oncology, pathology, laboratory, practice, population health, and health system stakeholders.
• Assess patient testing journeys and biomarker pathways to identify opportunities for better patient identification.
• Evaluate account readiness for upcoming launches and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address barriers and ensure successful launches.
