Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Precision Medicine Account Manager for the Great Lakes region (PA, MD, DC, OH, MI). This field-based role drives regional execution of precision medicine strategies, builds multi-stakeholder relationships and supports biomarker testing implementation.

You will partner with clinical and commercial teams to advance testing pathways, educate customers, and prepare for launches across oncology portfolios.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree required (B.A./B.S.).
• Minimum 8 years of business experience; 2 years in Precision Medicine.
• Oncology experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnights.
• Valid driver’s license within the 50 United States required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy with aligned account plans.
• Build trusted relationships with oncology, pathology, laboratory, practice and health-system stakeholders.
• Assess patient testing journeys and biomarker pathways to strengthen testing.
• Evaluate account readiness for launches and translate insights into plans.
• Deliver precision medicine education, resources, and diagnostic solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to address operational barriers and coordinate engagement.
• Cultivate key opinion leader relationships to advance leadership in precision medicine.
• Maintain accurate business records and ensure compliance with policies.
