Upperline Health Inc. is seeking a Medical Director for the Atlanta market to advance clinical excellence and lead clinical value-based care across the region.

The role partners with the central interdisciplinary team and population health to optimize patient outcomes and care delivery. The Medical Director will see a small patient panel, provide clinical oversight to nurse practitioners, and coach providers while identifying market opportunities and improving processes.

Formación

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active license in Georgia and willing to pursue multi-state licensure if needed.
• ~ 5 years of outpatient practice experience, inclusive of caring for adult/senior high-risk, clinically complex patients.
• Clinically practiced in a value-based care model and/or championed programs to improve quality, patient outcomes and reduce risk.
• Clinical oversight or coaching of other providers.
• Must reside in market; be willing to provide direct care to a small panel of patients and visit clinics within the market.
