Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking an Area Manager to act as the regional senior leader, supporting the operations of multiple practices within a region.

The incumbent plans, directs, coordinates and supervises all program activities in the region to ensure that company and customer goals are met, with accountability for program development, quality improvement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 3–5 years of related experience
• Must hold applicable valid state license and CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Operational and clinical success for each designated practice.
• Interviews, hires, orients, and mentors Program Directors to meet goals.
• Maintains communications with Regional Director Operations and other leadership.
• Develops relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversees patient care documentation and efficient operation during facility visits.
