CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead operations for 15 clinics in the Ft. Worth / Dallas area.

The role involves out-rounding at clinics 3 days per week (Tu-Th) and a home-based office on other days, with additional quarterly travel for leadership meetings. This full-time position reports to the Area Director and excludes direct patient care, focusing on clinical quality and business performance.

Formación

• Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
• Current active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a FNP or a PA.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, or Physician Assistant Studies.
• 5 years’ work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician Assistant.
• 2 years’ experience managing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for clinic team performance and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Lead provider training, education, and development programs.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities to budget (payroll, travel).
• Develop intervention strategies and assess outcomes for continuous process improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical practice, patient care standards, and risk management.
