Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead 15 clinics in the Ft. Worth/Dallas area. The role requires residency in the region, rounds at clinics three days per week, and additional travel for leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician Assistant.
• 2 years’ experience managing teams.
• Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
• Current active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a FNP or a PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of NPs, PAs, and LVNs/LPNs to achieve clinical quality standards and business objectives.
• Oversee 15 clinics in the region and conduct rounds at clinics 3 days per week (Tu-Th).
• Manage fiscal responsibilities to budget (payroll, travel).
• Ensure compliance with provider practice acts, state boards, and organizational policies.
• Partner with quality and patient safety teams to drive continuous improvement.
