CVS Health is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to oversee 15 clinics in the Fort Worth/Dallas region. You will lead NP/PA/LVN teams, drive quality and financial objectives, and round at clinics three days a week with remote work otherwise.

The role emphasizes leadership without direct patient care, ongoing staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards, with occasional out-of-state meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
• Current active, unrestricted state licensure to practice as a FNP or a PA.
• 5 years’ work experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician Assistant.
• 2 years’ experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinic team performance in achieving clinical practice excellence and quality standards.
• Lead provider training, education, and development programs with educators and clinicians.
• Coordinate inter-professional care with internal/external physicians for coordinated delivery.
• Review metrics and dashboards to maintain clinical safety and quality with action plans.
• Ensure compliance with State Provider Practice Acts and regulatory standards.
• Plan, supervise services within region and manage payroll and travel budgets.
