Ironwear, a leader in PPE, seeks a Regional Account Manager to drive growth in the Dallas region. You will manage key accounts, develop regional sales plans, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring top-tier customer service and on-time product delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building, market analysis, and travel within the region; experience with PPE products and CRM tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or account management in PPE or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Manage and grow key accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgeting reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery.
Represent Ironwear at industry events and trade shows.
