Job summary

W.W. Williams seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Power Generation to lead domestic sales of power generation equipment across the Southwest region. You will coordinate with senior leaders to set financial goals, drive OEM partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in diesel engines/generators, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of field experience in diesel engines and electrical mechanics and generators.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops financial goals and strategies with VP of Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
• Develops OEM-required business plans for power generation and monitors performance.
• Sets and reviews individual financial goals for sales personnel and coaches the team.
• Interviews, hires, and reviews team members; creates new positions as needed.
• Coaches team members, supports technical and customer needs, wins business and follows up for customer satisfaction.
• Provides training programs and cost controls within the sales process.
• Monitors expenses and manages the sales budget.
• Reviews monthly operating results and reports to the VP.
• Manages sales commissions and ensures CRM adoption.
• Identifies strategic growth opportunities like territory expansion and new OEM product lines.
