Job summary

Wolverine Power Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth of industrial generator and power generation solutions within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with electrical contractors, engineers, facility managers, municipalities, utilities, and end users to grow standby and prime power solutions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or field sales experience in industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience selling industrial generators or power generation equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications, drawings, bid documents, and equipment schedules.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard sales tools.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow industrial generator sales within the assigned territory.
• Prospect for new customers and identify market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and end users.
• Promote and sell generator systems, transfer switches, fuel tanks, and related equipment.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up on quotes.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
