Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is helping a well‑established power equipment distributor recruit a Regional Sales Manager to cover central/eastern Iowa and western Illinois. You will work with existing customers and data from day one, growing an established territory with uncapped commission.

The ideal candidate brings 15–20 years in B2B sales of mechanical/electrical products, with the ability to engage engineers and end users and travel around 50% across IA and IL.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success in mechanical/electrical products or power solutions.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building with end users, contractors and engineers.
• Technical confidence to discuss applications with engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Sell generators and related power equipment to end users and installers.
• Grow the territory across central/eastern Iowa and western Illinois.
• Explain products and integration requirements to technical audiences.
• Travel roughly 50% across IA and western IL, including overnights.
