Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful technical sales experience.
• Selling power supplies, power electronics, or custom-engineered electronic components.
• Proven track record managing manufacturers’ reps and distributor networks.
• Experience using CRM/ERP tools (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with territory and strategic account plans.
• Direct OEM engagement for custom and standard power electronics solutions.
• Develop and expand strategic customer relationships through regular engagement.
• Manage pipeline and forecasts in Oracle NetSuite and reporting systems.
• Lead, evaluate, and train manufacturers’ reps and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and leadership to scope power requirements.
• Track design-in cycles and production revenue timelines.
• Monitor market trends to provide actionable intelligence to executives.
