Responsibilities

• Lead Post Production teams and develop members; implement new processes.
• Identify roadblocks and quickly implement solutions across platforms.
• Provide direction to close operational gaps in a timely manner.
• Develop systems, metrics, reporting, and staffing models.
• Lead onsite staff at third-party production locations.
• Manage quality of internal and external vendors producing units.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external partners.
• Execute large-scale change management initiatives and new rollouts.
