Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Regional Property Manager to drive the financial and operational performance of a multi-property portfolio. You will lead Property Managers and Senior Property Managers, maintain ownership relationships, and ensure results with close collaboration with the VP of Operations.

You will directly manage 8–15 properties and 1,100–2,500 units, developing site leaders and strengthening portfolio performance through budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of site-level managers.
• Strong financial acumen with NOI, budget variance analysis, delinquency management, and ownership reporting.
• Experience in multi-market leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NOI performance, occupancy, delinquency and budget outcomes across the portfolio.
• Conduct financial reviews with Property Managers and Senior PMs and drive corrective action.
• Review monthly owner reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Monitor leasing performance, renewals, revenue trends, and budget targets.
• Partner with ownership on annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
