Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regional-level property management, preferably in multi-family or resort operations.
• Experience interfacing with property management teams and collaborating effectively.
• Ability to maintain budgets and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are run efficiently and meet or exceed goals.
• Develop and execute business plans with various teams.
• Minimize delinquencies and achieve budgeted revenues and occupancy goals.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of regional-level property management experience

Supervisory and leadership experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Valid driver’s license and good driving record
