Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking a Regional Plant Controller in Tucker, GA to lead finance across multiple manufacturing sites. You will own the regional P&L, oversee monthly closes, and standardize reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site financial reporting and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L with monthly, quarterly, and annual close for all plants.
• Standardize close calendar, COA, and reporting formats across sites.
• Provide concise analyses and presentations to leadership with actionable insights.
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and CapEx prioritization.
• Drive cost savings, productivity, and efficiency improvements across plants.
