Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Regional Controller (Plant) in Georgia to oversee financial controls, policies, and processes for the Georgia manufacturing and distribution sites. The role requires collaboration with operations and corporate finance and involves KPI tracking, budgeting, and close support.

The position is hybrid with at least three days onsite; heavy emphasis on data integrity, cost control, and continuous improvement across plants in the region.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• 10+ years of operational accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Ability to influence others and drive change.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to organize data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of financial controls, policies and processes.
• Support plant accounting policies and standard costing methodologies.
• Lead capital investments, fixed assets, and CIP; monitor related approvals.
• Finance partnering with operations and corporate finance to drive improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial exhibits and variance analyses.
