Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Plant Controller to ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial results for a multi-line operation with complex SKUs.

The role leads accounting, reporting and inventory control, and collaborates with Plant Management, North American Finance, and other controllers to drive accurate financial leadership. The position requires overseeing a team of accounting staff and delivering continuous improvements in cost control, working capital, and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years manufacturing or industrial finance experience.
• Experience with cost accounting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting for the plant.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and safeguarding of assets.
• Lead capital expenditure analysis and post-capital expenditure reviews.
• Manage and develop direct reports in accounting.
• Partner with operations to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Support external and internal audits.
