Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be required.
• PE Professional Engineer (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that conducts ERCOT’s Independent Reviews of transmission system upgrades from $50 million to >$1 billion.
• Oversee steady-state power flow contingency analyses.
• Mentor engineers and analysts and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare reports and communicate analysis results to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate across ERCOT departments to implement system changes and ensure regulatory compliance.
