Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced and operationally minded Regional Workforce Development Manager to join our Learning & Development team within People Operations. This role owns the full spectrum of workforce development and training operations across an assigned region, ensuring the right people are assessed, credentialed, developed, and supported to perform at the highest level on Loenbro job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workforce development, training operations, or learning & development, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Construction, industrial, or multi-craft environment experience with craft trades.
• Experience facilitating training or managing training delivery for craft/technical audiences.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and remote accountability.
• Strong relationship-building skills with field leaders and corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 50%+ regionally and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional workforce development and training activities aligned with Loenbro standards.
• Adapt centralized content to fit regional crafts, sites, and operations.
• Design region-specific training content for unique project needs.
• Ensure training is consistent across job sites, facilities, and warehouses.
• Manage a regional team of 6–15 Craft Trainers and Assessors.
• Track training metrics, budget, and workforce data; escalate issues with solutions.
