Job summary

Educatius Group is seeking a Regional Placement Manager to drive recruitment and placement for cultural exchange programs in the United States. You will lead targeted recruitment, build strong partnerships with Host Families, Local Coordinators, and community organizations, and ensure operational excellence across placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in recruitment, program operations, or similar roles.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead targeted recruitment strategies to onboard Host Families and Local Coordinators.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Coordinators to support placement efforts.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Represent the program in the community and at events to raise awareness.
• Oversee end-to-end student placement process and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with National Placement team to align regional goals with organizational priorities.
• Provide mentoring and professional development to Local Coordinators and staff.
