Job summary

EF Language Travel in Florida is seeking a dynamic Host Family Recruitment Manager to recruit and place volunteer host families for international students. You will report to the Regional Director and work with a local team to build relationships, plan outreach, and implement recruitment strategies.

This role offers schedule flexibility and the chance to represent EF at community events while advancing a global education mission.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are required.
• Experience in outreach, marketing, and community engagement is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a local team.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly goals via daily outreach to recruit host homes.
• Serve as main point of contact for host inquiries and provide customer support.
• Develop and execute host home recruitment strategies including social media campaigns and events.
• Represent EF at local fairs, events, and promotional activities to recruit hosts.
• Visit prospective host homes and complete detailed home visit reports.
• Ensure hosts receive necessary information and documentation.
• Maintain records of recruitment metrics and statistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth homestay experience.
• Share on-call duties as needed.
• Organize and host appreciation events.
