Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel, working remotely within Montana. You will drive placement growth across SWT programs and provide gold-standard support to host employers, participants, host families, and community stakeholders within your defined territory.

In this role you will cultivate new host employer relationships, grow existing accounts, arrange housing solutions, and support community engagement initiatives to create value for hosts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfort working with remote field staff.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across multiple programs.
• Recruit host families and local coordinators to provide housing solutions.
• Implement outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed goals.
• Provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies and program utilization.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships.
