Job summary

CIEE Inc. is seeking a Regional Placement Coordinator for Summer Work and Travel to drive placements and deliver premium support across host employers, participants, and communities. This remote role primarily serves Big Sky, MT, and surrounding regions.

You will cultivate host relationships, secure housing solutions, and coordinate with field staff to maximize placements and ensure a high-quality participant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales success required, B2B and human capital solutions preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with remote field staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with host employers to generate placements across programs.
• Identify and recruit host families and local coordinators for housing solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective employers and renew accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed sales and placement goals.
• Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and program utilization.
• Deliver strong account management and foster long-term host relationships.
• Support planning of host-focused community events to boost engagement.
• Track sales activity and placement results to adjust outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with compliance and participant services to ensure program quality.

Who you are:

As a Regional Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving placement growth across multiple programs and delivering gold-standard support to host employers, participants, host families, and community stakeholders within a defined territory. You will actively cultivate new host employer relationships, grow existing accounts, secure housing solutions for participants, and support community engagement initiatives that create value for hosts. Through effective sales outreach, account management, and stakeholder support, you will help maximize placements, strengthen client relationships, and ensure a high-quality program experience for all participants and hosts.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing host employers to generate placements across multiple program offerings within a defined territory.
• Identify, recruit, and support host families, and local coordinators, to provide housing solutions for SWT participants when employer-provided housing is unavailable.
• Execute outreach strategies to engage prospective host employers, renew existing accounts, and expand placement opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales and placement goals.
• Provide consultative support to host employers regarding hiring strategies, workforce planning, and program utilization to maximize placement success.
• Deliver exceptional account management by building strong relationships with host employers, ensuring commitments are met, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
• Support the planning and execution of host-focused community events designed to strengthen relationships, provide value, and increase engagement.
• Track and report sales activity, placement results, account performance, adjusting outreach and engagement strategies needed to meet goals.
• Collaborate closely with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams to ensure host satisfaction, participant success, and program quality.
• Respond proactively to host employer and participant needs, helping resolve challenges and ensuring a positive program experience.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the placement lifecycle to support successful outcomes and long-term relationships.
• Deliver a gold-standard experience for hosts, participants, host families, and community partners through proactive communication, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service, as measured by NPS and stakeholder satisfaction results.
