Job summary

Select Water Solutions seeks a Construction Manager to oversee regional onsite construction projects within the Select Water Infrastructure group. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence for projects from $500,000 to $15,000,000+.

Responsibilities include coordinating field activities, inspections, and reporting across pipeline segments, pump stations, and interconnects. Role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in heavy utility or pipeline construction, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy utility, oil & gas pipeline inspection/construction.
• At least 5 years of field leadership in produced water, crude oil, or natural gas pipelines.
• HDPE and carbon steel pipeline systems experience; pump stations and HDD installations.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal/state pipeline regulations (NM/TX) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to remote field locations and manage extended schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field construction activities across pipelines, pump stations, and interconnects.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and codes (API, ASTM, ASME, DOT, NACE, NMAC).
• Supervise inspection staff and coordinate reporting and audits.
• Develop and track construction schedules; identify critical path items and mitigation.
• Lead constructability reviews and pre-construction meetings.
• Review contractor work plans, traffic control, and environmental mitigation measures.
• Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries; resolve field constraints.
