• Planning and overseeing projects to meet time, budget and scope.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Study customer specifications to plan the job and procedures with start/finish times.
• Coordinate with the customer and project team to plan and improve construction methods.
• Coordinate with personnel and operations to meet staff requirements for the project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate through procurement and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing work procedures and coordinating construction phases.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• Prepare, maintain, and review reports on progress, materials, costs, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
• Responsible for all aspects of the project from planning to closeout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
