Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: experience working with rural communities and tribal nations in Northwest Minnesota.
• Excellent communicator who can lead diverse work and volunteer teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with philanthropy officers to promote community philanthropy in Northwest Minnesota.
• Plan and facilitate gifts and grant distributions from foundation funds.
• Support fund advisors to effectively manage and grant dollars to meet fund missions.
• Build regional awareness and match donor goals with philanthropic opportunities.
