Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across multiple pharmacy locations within the assigned region. You will champion inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and standardization while partnering with Pharmacy Operations and Purchasing to drive performance.

The role requires collaboration with local leadership, coaching staff, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across facilities in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, inventory, or supply chain or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in inventory management, pharmacy operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day inventory leadership for multiple locations.
• Conduct routine audits and cycle counts; drive inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff on inventory best practices.
• Travel within the region to support operations and audits.
