Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Regional Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control operations across designated warehouses in the region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and lead Inventory Control Managers to drive accountability and standardization.

You will collaborate with warehouse leadership, finance, and IT to implement best practices, drive KPI performance, and deliver training programs that elevate inventory control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 7–10 years of related warehouse and inventory management experience.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience with inventory control processes and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory Control Managers across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies.
• Drive inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cycle count and physical inventories.
• Monitor adjustments and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct audits and process reviews.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Implement inventory best practices and SOPs.
• Support warehouse leadership on initiatives.
• Mentor Inventory Control Managers.
