Job summary

Providence is seeking a Regional Executive Director of Pharmacy to lead clinical and operational services across the North Division (16-17 sites). You will set strategy, develop programs, manage budgets, and partner with system leaders to advance medication safety, formulary management and care quality.

The role requires pharmacy leadership, 5 years of management, and a proven ability to drive organizational change in a large health system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Director-level experience for a large pharmacy operation.
• Thorough understanding of 340B program requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and oversee regional clinical and operational pharmacy programs.
• Collaborate with system and regional management to improve patient safety and cost savings.
• Develop and implement medication safety, formulary management and order-set standardization.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, Board of Pharmacy and other regulations.
• Lead budget development and financial oversight for regional pharmacy services.
