Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
- Master's degree with residency or equivalent education/experience.
- PharmD in Pharmacy; or equivalent education/experience.
- Alaska Pharmacist License required upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Sets regional strategy and develops clinical and operational pharmacy programs and services.
- Promotes medication safety, formulary management, and order-set standardization.
- Oversees budgeting, staffing, training, and succession planning for the region.
- Leads regional leadership to align sites with the system's strategic plan.
