Advantage Healthcare Services is seeking a Region Pharmacy Director to oversee operations, performance, and profitability across multiple pharmacy locations in the region. The role partners with pharmacy managers to drive strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and superior patient care.

The position emphasizes staff development, budget management, and rollout of company initiatives while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PharmD or MBA is preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state(s) of operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all pharmacies within the region.
• Performance Management: Evaluate performance of pharmacy managers and teams; set goals.
• Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, reporting, and expense control to drive profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff; foster professional growth.
• Customer Service: Promote exceptional customer service and patient care; resolve issues.
